Because some of the staff are quite busy at the moment with exams etc, applications for full membership are taking longer than normal to be processed. On average they are taking about 1 week with some taking a bit longer. If you haven't heard from us after 10 days then please post in Ask The Staff to request an update.

We realise it is an inconvenience having to wait but we need to do them properly and with less staff around currently the delay is inevitable. Dealing with things like reported posts and advisors responding to individual enquiries gets higher priority.

The more informative posts you have in the forum (such as things in the support section where you say stuff about yourself) the easier it is for us. If all you have is exactly 50 posts, most of which are short ones in Fun and Games or Chit Chat then we have very little to go on. Blogs are good too. Also the more information you include in your application the better it is for us. We need to be as satisfied as we can that people who get full membership really are who and what they say they are, so please help us by giving us more info to work with.

Just a bump, there are still delays occuring in the application system.

I will be around actively for the next two weeks, but there are other staff members busy elsewhere so there is still going to be a delay processing them. I will get them sorted ASAP, but it's only going to get slower over the next month until exam season ends. Just bear with us and post in Ask The Staff if you have any concerns or questions regarding your application or the application system in general.

FYI: From now until late Thursday evening I am mostly going to be unavailable due to exams. There will most likely be a delay in applications being processed due to the activity of various staff.

Post reports and other stuff should be dealt with as normal due to other staff being around, but actions that require super mods will be delayed until either I or TriBi can deal with it.

They have now been caught up with. The delays should mostly be over now, but minor delays may still occur if staff are busy with last minute exams or other offline commitments.
