Suggestion: Status - Empty Closets - A safe online community for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered people coming out

Do you think some kind of "status update" on your profile would be alright?

I mean of course there is the "My Mood" thing, but that doesn't explain why you feel that way. And it would be a good way to tell people what is happening, and how your feeling. You can describe more in this than the "My Mood!" (And sorry if this has already been posted/suggested, I'm pretty new...)

Well, it's not officially a status, but you could just edit your user title. Since it appears next to your username, it can act like a status. There is a character limit, but it should be enough if you have a short message to say.
