I don't know how I missed this... Mike, this makes me so happy!! Congratulations! I am so glad that EC recognized the merits of having a spiritual advisor on the team. I have seen that so many of the LGBT people who come to this forum are also facing spiritual challenges; I think the two often go hand in hand. You have consistently been fair and non-judgmental in your handling of spiritual matters, always helpful while always being respectful. And the story of your own personal journey... well that gives you the authenticity to offer your empathy and advice to any and all of the people who seek help through this forum. This is a great day for EC!
