Mike has been chosen for the role after displaying excellent support skills within the support forums, and as a result of his enthusiasm and dedication to EC, and for his special gift in communicating about the role that spirituality plays in the lives of many in our community. I am so glad that EC recognized the merits of having a spiritual advisor on the team. I have seen that so many of the LGBT people who come to this forum are also facing spiritual challenges; I think the two often go hand in hand. You have consistently been fair and non-judgmental in your handling of spiritual matters, always helpful while always being respectful.
