This (or a similar issue) actually was just recently suggested and we're looking into what to do to make some solution happen so that no one can see what forums someone is browsing or reading. Look for a change, hopefully, before long.

I like being able to stalk what people are doing! D: Just in anonymous sometimes people have really private issues and people might see them browsing a specific topic and then a second later a reply from the OP comes! =p

Fyi i haven't made an anonymous topic in a long time.

I brought it up a while ago with little interest shown:
Privacy

If you're concerned about privacy, the only thing I can think of is keep two EC tabs / windows open. One on the anonymous section, one elsewhere. Every time you click something in the anon section, immediately click / refresh something else in the other window.

This is what I do! Works perfect (on this, and any other forum)
