Is there any way to private message other forum users or is this restricted due to some security reason? If so, is there anyway to seek support from specific users rather than posting it publically (wall/forum)? Thanks.
As a regular member, private messages are blocked. You need to 50 posts to apply for full membership though so you're almost there. However, you can PM staff members if you want advice from them, but other users no.
Hi there! As Stuart mentioned, regular members can't Private Message other regular or full members. This is part of the security that is in place. To be able to PM full members, you need to be a full member. To apply for full membership you need to have a minimum of 50 posts, posted throughout the forum, and been active for at least two weeks. Once you have reached the 50 post mark, you can fill out a full membership form: http://www.emptyclosets.com/forum/newthread.php?do=memberupgrade In the meantime, if there is something you would like to talk about in private, you are more than welcome to send a PM to any of the staff members.
