Just to let you all know that we're now at Stage 2 of the consultation with members regarding EC's upgrades over the summer.

Um I've been trying to fill it out for the past 20 minutes and it keeps on telling me I've already filled out the survey when I have only gotten to the site redesign page 1. I'm I the only one experiencing this?

I got as far as putting my user name in, hit next and it did nothing, hit next again and got told I'd already done the survey.

I had the same issue. More specifically, the first time I hit "Next", it brought me back to the same page I was already on, with all of the fields filled in as I had filled them in before. I then hit next again, and it told me I had already filled out the survey.

Okies, it seems to be having some sort of bizarre problem for quite a few people. There is a high influx of members trying to complete it, and a few of them are able to but there must be a setting in place somewhere that is affecting others.

I'll have a look and see what I can do to mix it.

I've had to put in a support ticket with SurveyGizmo because of the problems. The settings all appear to be fine, and some stupid bug has proceeded to lock me out of tracking abandoned responses so I cant even delete them and try it again. Hopefully they'll get back to me soon.

Sorry about this peeps. Everything was working fine until the stupid thing actually got non-test responses.

Hey peeps,

Unfortunately it looks like SurveyGizmo will not be able to fix the problem until they open on Monday, but surveys appear to be coming in without problems now so I am going to try and gather more responses in the mean time.

On Monday I will get the surveys deleted from those of you who were having problems and hopefully that will allow you to complete the survey in full. If that doesn't work then I'll just have to link you to the back-up copy located elsewhere and hope that will allow you to complete it, and then try and find a way to merge your results with everybody else.

You will get a chance to complete it, I'm just not sure how things will play out until Monday!

Hey everybody,

Thanks for the replies so far. We've got just under 150 completed surveys and tis all looking fantabulous!

If anybody hasn't completed it yet then it would be greatly appreciated if you could. The survey will be closing in the next few days so that I can analyse all the feedback and start the next stage of upgrade planning.
