Nobody on the staff appears to have closed it for any reason, so I am assuming it's one of the bugs in Chats software which sometimes affects the open/close feature. It only happens on rare occasions, but it's not the first time it has randomly decided to close itself. Anyways, tis open again. Martin.

It was definitely confusing, because there were at least a couple hours of it being closed without any members of Staff online... But thankies a ton for getting it running again
