Small Login Error - Empty Closets - A safe online community for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered people coming out

Whenever you login, the auto-redirect directs you to a page that doesn't exist. I believe it was something like "emptyclosets.com/forum/index.php".

I'm guessing its because we updated some things and things aren't point at the right places. Just thought I'd let you guys know.

Hi.

Can you try deleting your EC cookies, then re-logging in and see if the problem is still there? Several people reported it happening but only the first time they logged in so I'm inferring that it may be a change in the cookie contents between the old and new versions.

If you can let me know what you find, that will help us determine if it's still happening and what's causing it.

It definitely has been happening every time I logged in.

Is it not simply that it's trying to direct you to that page that now (presumably) doesn't exist anymore? I mean, when I click on the Forum tab, it's now emptyclosets.com/forum (which I believe is different from what it was before)

So far, I've logged out, cleared the cookies for my browser, then logged back in. No error. So Chip is correct!

I thought I might chime in on my thread.

I feel like I experience the "redirect" error each time I log in. What I mean is that I don't count each and every time it happens, but it's definitely happened more than 5 times. It just happened earlier when I logged in today.

I do set Firefox to clear cookies each time it closes.
