    Hi peeps,

    Firstly, a massive congratulations to EC for obtaining the landmark one million posts! :grin: We did officially reach it some time ago, but the forum counter doesn't include deleted posts etc so it only reached 1 million earlier todayyy. :grin:

    As always, a massive thank you to all the staff and members (past and present) who have made EC into the successful organisation that it is, and here's to 1 million more posts!

    To mark this event I've been working on a small project for EC marking its creation in 2000, right up until the present. In the spoiler below you'll find screenshots from EC's uber early days, and will see a basic yearly timeline of how things have changed since then. Some of the changes are very noticable, whilst others have minor changes that you may not spot straight away.

    Oh, wow, EC's administration has made some truly awful design choices over the years. I've never seen a facial expression as creepy as 2005's beanie-mustache guy. No wonder there were only 24 members. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

    The most-recent owners (before EC became a nonprofit) bought the site in 2004, I think. My understanding is it was a blog with some very basic stuff, but no message board prior to that. At some point we should do a proper history :slight_smile:
