Are u able to send it to just other full members or can u send it to regular and full members. I was just wondering.
You'll only be able to PM other full members. The full membership application process is meant to, among other things, keep people who are here for the wrong reasons from getting access to the private communication channels. It would be too easy for people who are here for the wrong reasons to get around our security provisions if they could say in a thread, "If you're a full member, PM me!"
