I think most people here just use lines like this:

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

That's pretty much what I do whenever I need to separate something ^^^

It isn't currently supported as far as I know. Perhaps it will be in vB4 when we upgrade.

I'm not 100% sure on this, but I think that if you post two posts consecutively without anyone else posting between them, it'll merge them into one post with a line of some kind separating them. The forum software seems to automatically split my posts even if I post them consecutively, so I can't test the feature myself. Could someone (who isn't on staff) be a dear and try posting two posts in this thread one right after the other so we can see if that's true? Thanks in advance!

But what if I voluntarily separate my own post with a line? lol.

I'm the King of enough "What Are You Thinking" threads to know for a fact that what you mentioned above is true. xD If you post and immediately post again, the separating line will appear. If it's separated by hours or days, I think it just shows up as another, normal post, though.

Could you perchance post a link to a post where that happened? Our just make two consecutive posts in this thread? I want to see if there's any special BB code or tags that create that line.

Huh, okay, looks like there's nothing special about it. Thanks for testing that for us.
