    I was going to go on the chat room today. But it says no regular members are allowed to go on. So my question is what does becoming a full member mean? How do I become one (not right away just eventually)? Do i need to pay money or what?

    You can apply to be a full member after being here for 2 weeks and making 50 posts. You don't have to pay or anything. We do this to keep EC a safe community.

    When you've been here for 2 weeks and have made 50 posts you can apply for full membership here.
