I think it would be awesome to have one. Also if you limit the posts in the shoutbox to like, 1 or 2 an hour, it could direct traffic into the chat.
yea it would be to be a alimit other wise ppl would stop posting and only talk in shoutbox i have exp shoutboxes and it def lets u talk to more ppl more quicker but that why we have the chat room
A shoutbox is so similar to the chatroom that it would be silly having both. A shoutbox is usually slower than a chatroom as it only tends to refresh every so often or when you submit a message. At least with Chat it shows the messages when they are sent rather than wait for an x amount of time before it auto-refreshes.
