I was just listening to this song.... [YOUTUBE]BphrCg8SDFI[/YOUTUBE] Avril wrote it about her grandfather. But it got me to thinking....I know most of us here on EC have lost someone in one way or another. So....I was thinking if we had like a sticky thread in the Support and Advice forum where people could talk about the people they've lost, post memorials, etc I don't know if this has been suggested before...it was just a thought that crossed my mind while listening to Avril's Slipped Away.
I feel like the http://emptyclosets.com/forum/anonymous-discussions/8465-let-someone-know-youre-thinking-them.html thread in Anonymous sorta fulfills this role already. Just my two cents.
When I first started lurking around EC, I actually thought that's what that thread was specifically for...but it's not. Some people have used it for that reason. I just thought it'd be a nice idea though.
We aren't a big fan of stickies here, but feel free to create the thread in Chit Chat. Maybe with enough demand it can become what the "what are you thinking" thread is
It was just a suggestion. Like Cornella93 said, the Let Someone Know You're Thinking Of Them works too.
