1) you click on new thread 2) go down to additional options 3) go where it says post a poll (click on the box) 5) pick how many option you want but before that you have to fill in the title and additional detail (the big white part) after you did that and click (yes post a poll with this thread) you click submit new thread and it will take you to where you choose your polling title and options
