I filled out the upgrade request about a week ago (I meet all the criteria) and I still haven't heard back. How long does it normally take to hear something? Is it possible my form didn't go through? Thanks.
Hey there, We have your form; it did go through. Typically we estimate 1-2 weeks for them to be processed, but we're shorthanded on staff and we've all been busy with non-EC things lately, so you can expect it to be even longer than that. We're processing them as fast as we can though.
