How do I post a poll?

If you post a new thread, on the bottom near where you submit it, there's an option to add a poll.

 

Scroll down beneath where you hit submit, and there is an option in the "additional options" to add a poll. Click the option, and specify how many poll options you want to include. When you submit your post, it will take you to create your poll.
