What is the difference between "your friends" and "your contacts" as far as privacy goes? I was under the assumption my friends and contacts where the same people? What I want is for pictures of me to only be visible to the people I've added as friends on here (there are about 20 of them). So, which setting do I choose? Thanks!

One is like a weak form of the other, I guess you could say.
So a contact is just a pending friend request, a delete that is only one-way, or someone you added only as a contact. They cannot see your photos if they are set to Private.

So basically, if you want people to see your private photos, add them as "friends."
