I noticed that someone else asked this same thing so I was wondering if the same could be done for me. I screwed up with my blog and I would love if they could be deleted.
    Thanks!

Just so no mistakes are made, are you asking for us to delete every blog entry of yours?

I messed up on posting on my blog so I'm gonna jump on the "please delete all my blog posts" train too.

Gah I did it again. Please delete the blog posts in my "uncategorized" subcategory. Last time, I promise. :eusa_doh:

How come we can’t just delete them ourselves? (Sorry if the question is a repeat from elsewhere.)

    It's gone

Well, it's a way you could theoretically circumnavigate our no offsite contact rule; say you were having a live-wall conversation with someone, you could share your details in a blog post, point them to it and then delete it once they've seen it. So we make sure all published blogs stay published and can't be deleted at the whim of the user - despite best intentions 99% of the the time - so we can moderate the forum with greater ease.

Oooh gotcha. That’s smart, actually. Thanks for the reply. This site definitely does well protecting privacy. Better than any forum I have ever been a member.

Me too please. I accidentally made a blog post instead of a forum post once, and I haven't been able to fix it.

 It's all good. These threads usually play out this way. Someone makes a request, we honor it, other people who hadn't given the issue much thought see that we honored it and decided they'd like us to do the same thing for them. And so it goes. It only starts to become a problem if the same thread keeps getting resurrected for months on end.
