Strange EC thing

    So I was replying to a thread and under the "Trackback" box on the post editor I saw

    "Already pinged - http://grand-jury.org/sites/buyvalium/#80761"

    What does this even mean? I've never been to this site before or even heard of it. Or Valium for that matter.

    It's from the "Send Trackbacks to:" feature, but I have no clue what it's for or what it does.
