    If you guys havn't seen this movie, I suggest you check it out.

    Shelter is a movie following a young man who is trying to come to terms with his sexuality. It chronicles his realizing his sexuality, his coming out, and him finding love. I, personally, love this movie because it makes an effort to shatter the stereotypes that are ever so present in hollywood's portrayal of gays.

    I liked it a lot. It was a bit hard for me to get into it for a while because everything seemed too . . . perfect. But it was a nice story!

    I saw it at our queer film fest last summer and thought it was excellent! I really wanted them to do a wider distribution. I wonder if it's on DVD yet?

    Anyway, yes, awesome!

    I don't have a credit card yet so I couldn't sign up. Now I like really really really really want to see that movie though because the trailer was really good. :frowning2:

    Ah, sorry guys. I thought you didn't have to pay to join that website. I downloaded the movie from a torrent. I'd offer to send you guys a copy of it, but it's rather big (1.46 GB) and I wouldn't know where I could upload or send it for free.

    Hey see! It says it was People's Choice for Best Feature at the Vancouver Queer Film Festival... I know I voted for it!

    I'm sure it will be out on DVD in a few months and then people can buy it for themselves!

    This movie sounds amazing. I watched the first ten minutes on Youtube and I am refusing to watch anymore until I can get my paws on the DVD which comes out on May 27th.

    From what I've seen in the trailer and the first ten minutes of the movie I am already falling in love with the characters. They're not a bunch of cardboard cutout stereotypes. Rarely do I get excited about a movie but I am eagerly awaiting the day that his shows up in my mailbox.

    I just watched this, I thought it was kinda cliché but still really good cause I haven't grown tired of the gay coming out genre, hah.
