    Patrick Troughton and Colin Baker are my all time favorite Doctors of the classic series, while Matt Smith is my favorite of the new series. It's so hard to pick just one doctor! They are all so great :grin:

    I like the second Dr. best, because he is, and had the best sidekicks ever, Jamie and Zoe.

    To tell you the truth, I don't care much for the format of the new series...too fast, compressed and bombastic. I miss a longer plot development.

    Plus, all the new Drs so far have kind of looked alike to me: These more or less blasé metrosexual guys who look like they wear second-hand Burberry. And I'm sick and tired of 90% + female sidekicks.

    I like the show, but feel it needs some greater variety. Maybe the new Dr. can bring some?????

    I know I must sound crabby, but the new series feels so Americanized.

    I've barely watched any of the old series so I haven't seen any of them enough to have much of an opinion.

    Of the new series, David Tennant is most definitely my favorite, but I've really enjoyed all three of the doctors very much.
