Family Guy

  1. Who watches Family Guy here? Family Guy is my favorite cartoon next to The Simpsons. Not to mention that those cartoons are pro-gay.

I have watched "Family Guy" since I was 4 or 5. Something that will shock you is that my parents let me.

Yes, I love family guy. There was recently an episode centered around a gay guy (who had a crush on Chris, and Meg had a crush on him.....so it got interesting )

And he was "cartoon hot"

Yes I watch Family Guy. I think it's absolute randomness is brilliant. That and yes it's a very left wing show.

Yes I love it! I watch it every single night I'm at home, I've probably seen every single episode like 100+ times. Okay well, some of them anyway. I just don't get tired of it, same with American Dad. Family guy is just so my type of humor xD

Hahaha oh god the roofied plant made me practically roll on the floor laughing.

    All the best.

I love Family Guy so much. I just can't stop watching the episode where Peter turns gay.

I find a lot of the gay characters are stereotypical but I like it. Sometimes the comedy goes a bit too far...

Anyway, it's still not my favorite cartoon. That would be Futurama.

Family Guy premiered on Fox in 1999. If he was 4 or 5 at the time, he'd be 18 or 19 by now.

Stewie is a bit of a right-wing gun nut. I watch it on Netflix streaming. I can relate to Meg being an outsider... even in her own family.

  18. Well the stereotypical gay guys are what makes Family Guy a funny cartoon at times.

Family Guy, Simpsons, King of the Hill and American Dad are my favorite NON-ANIME cartoons, if you count Anime, those are at the bottom of the list

Gays have to be stereotypical to be funny?~ That's something that bugs me a bit about the show too. It's not limited to gay characters of course that show takes shots at just about every prominent stereotype out there. It's not out of intentional bias at least which is good I just think it'd be nice if shows like this could incorporate LGBT characters in their skits without stereotyping them. At least it isn't nessecary all the time. If a punch line hinges so much on the character looking, sounding, or somehow acting "Gay" that if they don't it falls apart then it's probably a childish and poorly thought out Joke in the first place :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Regardless I've got some good laughs out of the show. I think my favorite episode is when they parody a bunch of stephen king novels. for cartoons I like Futurama and Archer more but it's kayyy
