I finally listened to this song (by Mary Lambert) and it's officially one of my favorites. It's beautiful. Listening to it honestly makes me cry every time I play it (which is funny cause I have it on repeat) and it makes me feel like I can be comfortable in my own skin eventually. Any other thoughts on the song?
Before this song and Same Love I have never really heard any music that was pro gay. So the first time I heard it, it filled me up with a sense of hope and happiness. Although it's taking forever; we are making progress.
When I first listened to Same Love I wanted to hear more of her voice and then I listened to She Keeps Me Warm. It's so beautiful <3
How come I never knew this was released :eusa_doh::bang: I think that if she called it Same Love Part II and got Macklemore to help promote it, it would've done better. omg I came across this song a few weeks ago when listening to Same Love, it's amazing to hear stuff like this, I've never come across it Favourite lyric "she says that people stare.. cos we look so good together".. pretty much me and my girlfriend.. awe, this song is so cute.. any other pro gay music anyone can recommend?
