Kesha losing popularity

Warrior should be on top. I just hope Ke$ha/Kesha won't lose so much popularity that she becomes forgotten.

 

Most Pop stars burn out in a few years, So that might be why.

 

...and rightfully so.

 

This is what happens when we make someone out to be AMAZING, when they've releases all of 1 album. For heavens sake, it's pathetic!

Personally, I kind of like her new stuff! It actually seems put together!

 

Warrior is fantastic. She's just had very bad luck this era.
Die Young getting pulled from radio because of the Newtown school shooting was the big one, and after that her singles just haven't been charting like they used to.

 

I remember when Tik Tok was called 'Dolla'.

She has the worst vocals ever. I only hear her in gay clubs now in all honesty. She's releasing an album with The Flaming Lips called 'Lipsha' though. Yes really.

 

I actually really like her and a few of her songs I listen to almost daily. But pop stars tend to die out if they don't change it up in a while, and she never did so yeah she's gonna fade.

She is an example of the current thing with pop music. She releases a song that is supposed to be inspiring like We are who we are, but then she releases something like TikTok etc. which is about being a drunken tramp.

 

HAD to plug.

 

Maybe Kesha should join The Flaming Lips...that would improve things---make them more interesting, to be sure.

Don't care what people say Tik Tok is genuinely one of my favourite club songs ever.

 

^^Tik Tok is best (although i think the credit should go more to Dr. Luke and Benny Blanco)... thought Ke$ha is still too mainstream for my ipod

 

I actually really liked her "Warrior" album, but if it's not doing too well, then im sure that she'll still bounce back.

 

Warrior came out November 2012, it's almost been a year.

I personally loved it, but now I don't play it as much as I did when it was brand new. Kinda like every other pop album I own... pop music is really fun and catchy when it's all new, but it fades after time.

That said, I don't think Ke$ha's star power will diminish too much. She has awesome producers to work with, besides she's said before that she's mainly a songwriter rather than a singer. I like her slow songs better, but party songs sell more.

I hope she starts writing serious music because she's pretty experienced in the business, and it's a shame that her talent won't be acknowledged by everyone.

 

She's certainly no Adele!
