    Shortest song would be a minute which is a club song called tote it or the spongebob which most people just call it the spongebob. My longest song is 15 minute salsa mix and I also have another one that is an hour and half long but that's only because it plays a whole soundtrack.

    Intereting thread.

    The shortest song in my iTunes is 'One Last 'Whoo-Hoo!' For the Pullman' by Sufjan Stevens, which is just 7 seconds (random fact: I have 109 songs under 1 minute, most of which are intros, outros or interludes. Or raging punk songs).

    The longest is a mindblowing 32:14 minutes: 'The Seer' by Swans. Despite its length everyone should listen to it because it's wonderful.

    The longest song I have is called "Blackwater Park" by Opeth (12:08).

    Excluding mixtapes, audiobooks, and a track that isn't on Youtube or Soundcloud (Lindstrøm's Little Dummer Boy at 42 minutes - it's not too good anyway), my longest is this:

    Sufjan almost gets the longest as well as the shortest because this is over 25 minutes long. And it's sodding tremendous so everyone should take a listen. The quickest 25 minutes of your life.

    152 under a minute.

    Yep, that's the second longest in my library too :grin: It's a wonderful song. Sufjan even makes autotune bearable.

    The shortest tracks (~16 seconds) I have are some Gamelan pieces, but I think they're just short melodic phrases, not complete. The shortest named piece at 27 seconds is "Qi Cun Lian" from some World Music CD.

    My shortest is "Who's Knocking on the Wall" by They Might Be Giants (4 seconds) - part of the "Fingertips" suite.

    My longest is "Bizarre Love Triangle" by New Order (49 minutes, 35 seconds).

    Shortest that isn't an intro or interlude or something is Her Majesty by The Beatles at 26 seconds from the end of Abbey Road.

    Longest is Revelation by Love at 19 minutes exactly from Da Capo.

    I could be wrong here since I'm only quickly glancing through files and going by memory, so this is subject to change later, but "You Suffer" by Napalm Death clocks in at around three seconds, and longest goes to Japanese funeral doom band Corrupted - "El Mundo", at roughly seventy four minutes.
