Hi. Just checking if you are currently a comcast subscriber? What type of service do you have? Do you enjoy Xfinity on demand? Do you have any issues with your services?
I have it. its pretty good. I love on Demand. My only issue is that my TV has issue getting sound form HD...but we can determine if it comcast or my tv or if they didnt hook it up. As it is we have to cut off the TV and cut it back on to get sound on some HD channels...but we have so much stuff hooked up, who knows.
Hey there. How long have you been experiencing this issue?If the sound cuts off, first thing to do is to powercycle your box and check your cable connections at the back. If issue persist, call 1800 comcast.
