I don´t know if it was already discussed, but did you see it?? I loved the movie, I thought the story was really nice and the songs were amazing! :icon_bigg

I felt like watching a Disney movie from the 90s. My favorite song was For the first time in forever, but I also loved Let it go.

    Did you guys like it??

Yes. I loved it too! I wasn't crazy about the last one Brave but this one did it for me. The story was strong (I think Disney does well with Hans Christian Anderson stories!! like the Little Mermaid!) and the music was strong too. Loved it!

I loved it!! My favorite characters were Olaf and Sven but what I loved more was hearing the little kids call after Elsa.

OMG I loved this movie, it quickly became one of my favorite disney movies  Loved all the characters, and the twist on true love this time around. And obviously the lyrics to 'Let It Go', as I'm sure a few of us could relate  Nice twist on the character of the Snow Queen, combining both her and Kai together to make Elsa's character.

    And Olaf. xD

It was a gorgeous movie! Gorgeous everything- animation, story, characters- erm, except for Olaf. I can't really appreciate him; I know it was a Disney movie and needed some comic relief, but he ruined some of the intense bits for me.
I sang "Do you want to build a snowman?" to my sister when it snowed outside xD I loved that song!

My boyfriend linked me the song 'let it go' before I'd seen the movie. Lets just say its the best disney song I've heard in years.

My bf loved the song, because he felt like ti reflected on his own life, as in letting go of the troubles of the past, standing on your own, not giving a dam what people say about you, about self confidence.

trust disney to capture out hearts yet again.

People commented on this before and being your true self and hiding things from people. Aside from the awesome Olaf and great animation and music it had a very relevant deeper meaning to most people on this forum.

You're not alone on every bit of this post. The only time I liked Olaf was when he was comforting Anna. I hear a lot, "Oh, he's great with younger kids!" Yeah, well, you could have done the same exact thing with the trolls, and it would have turned out much better.

Oh, BTW I have that Subway Elsa card thingy taped to my computer.

I just watched the movie (completely legally ) online, and must admit I found myself enjoying it, and did feel a connection to Elsa through her also being "closeted" in a sense. Still, I felt it was a bit overhyped. My major complaints are as follows:

*Olaf, who was only redeemed through helping Anna get warm, otherwise obnoxious.
*Hans, whose true revealing was rather uncomfortably melodramatic and overdone. Making him less evil would have made his rejection of Anna hit harder.
*That deus ex machina with Elsa and Anna at the end was awful. As unlikely as it would be, I think making the movie into a tragedy would have pushed it into my A-Grade movies.
*The beginning felt a bit rushed. I would've liked to have felt something more in line with the opening of "Up."
