Have any of you heard this guy sing?
If you haven't, I highly recommend you do.

    A brief bio:

Jay Brannan is an American singer/songwriter and actor.
He was born in Houston, Texas and later attended the College Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati for two semesters. He then moved to California and after three years moved to Manhattan, New York.
Brannan's first full length album "Goddamned", produced by Will Golden, is slated for release on Itunes July 1st, 2008; the hard copy, available through his own label Great Depression Records, ships on July 15th

    His website: jaybrannan.com
    MySpace: myspace.com/jaybrannan
    YouTube: youtube.com/jaybrannan

Many of his songs are available for your viewing pleasure on his YouTube channel.
He is PHENOMENAL and you will not regret your time spent listening to his original songs.
Here are a few exemplary performances in my opinion:

Yes, he's gay. "Housewife" and "Ever After Happily" make that quite apparent. :icon_wink

    Isn't he always attractive?

I was a tad disappointed that his CD has not reached NL yet.

This is the video that first got me interested in him about a year ago. It's just pure genious. He music is incredibly amazing, I love sharing him with friends who have no idea who he is.. 'Housewife', 'Soda Shop' & 'Half-Boyfriend' are my favorites, but all of his songs are amazing. :icon_wink

    ^ HE'S MINE!

actually. I doubt I could ever be attracted to him. He's too much like me. But I adore his music.

...one thing I noticed though. He doesn't use very much dynamic contrast. It bothers me a bit. :frowning2:
