Recently, there was a new episode of Good Luck Charlie, where Charlie wants to have a playdate with her new friend Taylor. Taylor arrives with her lesbian moms. Do you think it was a good idea for Disney Channel to have a gay couple? In my opinion, I think Disney did a great job in introducing real life to children. A lot of people are mad because they think that it's turning kids gay. What do you think about it?

People always complain that same sex couples are "turning kids gay". Its the same fucking excuses. Stupid people just want to complain. I think it was great that Disney had a gay couple!

They don't seem to be complaining about those Viagra commercials that go on during the day and those Trojan commercials or ky jelly . but watch out for the gays .

    Good point, stocking!

I watched that episode tonight, I thought it was very tastefully done. The point of "two moms" was made, but it wasn't all "omg two moms!", Charlie's parents handled it very gracefully.

Not into the newer Disney Channel shows, but I still think it's wonderful that they did this.
People seem to think if children never hear about homosexuality, then there would be no more
gay people, which is obviously false since gay couples are NEVER on kids shows (until now) and there are plenty of us around.
All that does is alienate gay children by implying that they aren't normal.

I think Disney handled it pretty well. The ones who are freaking out are a dying breed, so there's some comfort we can take from that.

I really don't like Disney Channel anymore, but I'm really proud of them for doing this!
