um.. "Sleepaway camp" comes to mind.. I think I don't remember it all too well tbh(this is about a trans)
And um.. maybe "Rocky Horror Picture Show" is like a horror-esq musical (this is like a gay frankenstein? I guess? but it explores more then just homosexuality)

Sleepaway Camp has LGBT themes. Other gay horror movies I can think of are Lesbian Psycho (aka Make a Wish) and Hellbent.

I'm not sure if you're asking about it or listing it, but it's an interesting slasher. Granted a lot of the characters are idiots, but it's a popcorn flick.

YESS. The overtones are just whoa looking at it again, but it was a damn hoot.

The first one I think. The Goth Girl. She ends up kissing a boy at the end though....

You're thinking of Urban Legend I believe  There was no goth girl in the first Scream. There was a bisexual goth girl in Urban Legend however that ended up being killed.

Watch Robert Wise's version of The Haunting. One of the characters named Theo is implied to be a lesbian with a crush on the character Elanor. But as far as pure psychological, maybe magic, maybe mundane horror goes - its one of the greats. Definitely one of, if not THE best haunted house films ever made.

Plus, Shirley Jackson's novel is UTTER BRILLIANCE.

Oh, and for the love of all that is sacred and pure...PLEASE don't watch that horrid remake with Catherine Zeta Jones.
