Hi! I was just wondering if anyone else on here watches a lot of crime shows, especially American ones like NCIS, Bones, Castle, Rizzoli and Isles etc like I do
I used to watch a lot of CSI and NCIS. They're pretty cool. Have you heard of the one called Crime 360? Even law enforcement professionals say it's very realistic. That one and "Lie to Me" are ones I've just learned about recently, and both are pretty entertaining.
I watch SVU and Criminal Minds. I wouldn't say I actively seek out crime shows, but if there's nothing better on and I see one in the guide it's always a good fallback for me.
I watch SVU and CSI (original only). I know it's not a current series anymore, but I still watch reruns of the original Law and Order from time to time. I used to watch Criminal Minds but I kinda soured towards it last season and quit.
I used to loooove SVU, because Mariska Hargitay just makes me melt. But then I started getting really triggered by it (considering my trauma past), and then I came to a point where it felt like it was kind of exploitative or sensationalist. I'm new here, so I'm still learning the ropes, so I hope it's okay to post this link- it doesn't identify me and I'm not affiliated with it- it's just a feminist blog I read, and this particular entry made me reconsider and ultimately change my views on SVU: Shakesville: L&O:SVU Sorry to be Debby Downer. I do typically enjoy Criminal Minds, and some random shows on I forget which channel, like Candice DeLong's 'Facing Evil'. Oh, and I LOOOVED Flashpoint- you should check it out on Netflix- pretty sure it's streaming now. It's one of those that I went through marathon-style. Too bad it ended in 2012.
disappointed isnt even the word for how i feel about her leaving! I watch criminal minds like the rest of you too!
Do Hannibal and Grimm count? Because those are the only shows I watch right now that come close to being classified as crime procedurals. I used to be addicted to Rizzoli and Isles, but they lost me after Season 2. The quality of the writing just went down the drain.
I am the biggest crime show lover, ever. I watch Criminal Minds, SVU, Hannibal, Dexter, Covert Affairs, Perception, Cold Case, Without a Trace, Rookie Blue and White Collar. I also spend most of my free time watching the Investigation Discovery and Crime Investigation channel.
My best friend and I spend all day watching SVU It's kinda sad that we've seen basically every episode.
Well Dexter was pretty awesome up to season 7. The original CSI is the only one worth watching. And from the other side of the fence, Breaking Bad is full of win.
