    Hmmm.... So difficult.... XD probably revival just because it's what I grew up with :slight_smile: but Classic is still awesome. But I haven't see much of the classics so my favorite doctor is probably still Matt Smith

    Both are completely awesome. I am nearly done collecting the original episodes but have only watched a few since I started. I am planning a massive marathon when I have them all. I am even getting the reconstructed episodes which are wildly weird to watch. They are kind of like the reverse of watching old silent movies since they have audio running behind mostly still images. My "first" Doctor was Tom Baker so I will always have love for him but my favorite Doctor is David Tennant. There is just something extremely special about him and his take on the Doctor.

    I have to say revival, but I'm also way biased because I've really only seen one or two of the classic episodes.

    I'd have to say revival because it's what I grew up on and it's a tie between David Tennant and Chris Eccleston.

    I haven't seen classic. I've loved all 3 doctors of the renewed series, and although Matt Smith is brilliant, I'm more fond of Tennant. I have high hopes for Peter Capaldi, who is the best-looking doctor thus far. And godd that scottish accent is killing me ;___;

    Both although I have a preference for the revival because that's how I was introduced to the show. David Tennant is my favorite doctor although Christopher Eccelston is right up there too.

    First off I must say I love your username!
    To the question: It's a difficult one but I go more towards the revival, both are truly awesome though. And as for my favourite I'd have to say Peter Davison for the old series and David Tennant from the revival.

    The revival. I started with the revived show and watched the classic later.

    Both. I started with the revival, like most people who weren't alive before it was cancelled. I think it's the most re-watchable because they have a bigger budget and technology has improved a lot. I love David Tennant's Doctor. Moffat's writing in season 7 was terrible, with a few exceptions like Day of the Doctor and Angels Take Manhatten, and Asylum of the Daleks was pretty good too.

    The classic series is a lot slower and longer, and the costumes and effects are all very fake, but it had some great stories (and some awful ones too). Also, 4th Doctor/Romana II, the best Doctor/companion in the whole history of the show.

    My favourite is the revival series, but that is a biased answer considering I barely ever watch the classic series.

    Gotta say revival, since it's what I grew up with and I haven't watched the classic series extensively. Favourite doctor is probably Christopher Eccleston, I really liked the menacing/dark portrayal of the doctor he gave. Shame he was only around for a series really.

    Yeah. I'm not saying this in a bad way but it's amazing that he gave such a fantastic and memorable performance of the Doctor in just one series.

    Classic. I like the low-budget, slower moving nature of it, and how the stories consisted of numerous episodes. And the credits. The music seemed cleaner, fresher, crisper.

    And my early boyhood crushes, Jamie McCrimmon, and Adric.

    And Zoey's sparkly silver catsuits.

    Probably nodoby else will say classic :frowning2:
