I was listening to one of Ciara's 2006 songs, and I wonder if an official music video could be made even if the song is 8 years old?
I'm sure it could. It all depends on what the artist wants and thinks will help them out. There isn't any rule against it. Most artist just want to promote their new stuff rather than going back to older things.
