    Not everyone finds Richard Gere hot, but most people seem, or seemed, to.

    Some movie stars or performing artists have an almost generic cloned look. No one famous seems to look like Richard Gere, so he's kind of unique that way.

    I'm going for Chapter 2. I admit that he looked good in Chapter 1, but he was often presented as kind of on the fringe and sometimes a sex machine.

    Well I have to say he certainly has aged well. But too old for my taste in all of those pics

    Chapter 1.

    Though I'm not overtly attracted to him in general. I would describe him as very handsome, in that if you looked up handsome in the dictionary, he would be a common archetype, but I don't often find myself attracted to the cookie-cutter, conventionally handsome type of men (the brushed back hair, clean-cut, tall-dark-and-handsome etc). If that makes sense.

    I agree with gen, not my idea of Hot, but definitely handsome

    He doesn't do it for me, but he looks quite handsome in Ch. 2. I'm beginning to like that slightly-aged "experienced" look.
