    Did anyone see the movie "Mamma Mia!"? Wow! It was a great movie. The story was great and the music made it so much better! I loved the movie so much I want to see it again in the movies and buy the DVD. Lol. :eusa_danc

    I've seen it. I must admit, I wasn't expecting much. But it was a real feel good movie and I enjoyed it immensely. :grin:

    I wanted to see this well because I love ABBA! It hasn't got very good reviews so I wondered if it would be any good. If you guys like it, I may have to go check it out myself.

    Yeah i expected it to be really cheesy...which it kind of was lol but i still found my self mouthing to dancing queen and mamma mia while dancing in my seat haha So yeah good movie

    ive seen it 3 times. first time it made my day and i sang. second and third time my friend and i got japanese food, snuck it in, and danced and sang quite obnoxiously.

    i loved it, but i have to say i was quite dissapointed in meryl streep during the winner takes it all, but thats all i could find wrong. it is a musical, so its not that realistic, and always has a happy ending (except urinetown). thats the dream world of musicals and disney...

    deffinatly seeing it again.

    I enjoyed it. I have seen the musical when it toured here and I love ABBA, (hence the name). I wasn't expecting a lot from it but much better in the cinema. I thought WInne Takes It All, while not good when just hearing it, watching it, she carries the song on emotion. THey are all actors first and then singers while on Broadway, they are singers, then actors.

    ...you know, if it weren't for the whole liking men bit, sometimes I would wonder if I were actually gay. I have no interest in this movie at all.

    I loved this movie!!! Meryl Streep is great. The story is great... and really funny. I can only recommend this movie!

    Heh, I saw it. But I cheated... and saw it online. Lol. But, I am going with my mom to see it this weekend cause she's bugging me to see it. Lol. (shhh, she doesn't know I saw it before her. :wink: Lol )

    I've seen it twice. It's so much fun! Not quite as good as Hairspray though :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

    Some of the singing is cringeworthy (Pierce Brosnan...), but that's part of the fun too. The young girl, Amanda Seyfreid, is an amazing singer, and gorgeous as well.

    Meryl Streep was AMAZING. "The Winner Takes It All" made me tear up a little.
    After the movie, I bought the soundtrack off iTunes and I can't stop listening! lol

    Yeah Meryl was awesome in boths singing and acting

    lol @ colin firth being gay

    some girls in our cinema screamed (with delight!?!) or something in the last scene with colin and his bf in the water dancing.

    lol, it's an enjoyable film though

    My BF saw it with another Gay guy a few days ago (not happy)

    Apparently it was great, i am intending on seeing it real soon!
