It's not detective but I love James Bond. And Sherlock Holmes.
Of course NCIS, J.A.G., Castle,The Mentalist, Rizzoli&Isles, Agents od SHIELD, Dexter, Bones, Body of Proof.
No idea if these are detective shows

Monk and Psych, but they are no longer on. :\

 

Criminal Minds, Monk, CSI the original cast, NCIS, and Law & Order:SVU and CI

 

Rizolli & Isles, Murder she wrote, Leverage, Veronica Mars, Charlie's Angels and the Closer.

Not truely detective but they are TV Shows about crime.

For movies most thing involving serial killers. Chinatown, Copycat, Silence of the Lambs are the ones comes to mind.

 

Rizzoli and Isles, Law and Order:svu, CSI:miami, bones.

 

Sherlock. All glorious incarnations of Sherlock
And CSI, yeah.
