I have, and I think it's awesome that they have the guts to send Conchita Wurst to Eurovision!

Never knew much about Austria honestly, but the fact that most of the country voted for Conchita... Austria just earned some respect points from me.

My thoughts exactly! But I hear there's been some conflicts due to some Austrians not wanting to be represented by her. And some Russian politician has apparently condemned Eurovision as an 'Europe-wide gay parade', but what did you expect...

I read somewhere that Russia called and asked to ban her from the show or Russia won't show it on TV.. Shocker.

There's a few petitions from Belarus, Armenia and Russia demanding that either her performance be edited out or the whole show be taken off the air.

Can't stand puritans trying to decide what grown adults can and can't watch for them.
