Hey Recently I watched "La vie d'Adèle - Chapitres 1 et 2" (Blue is the warmest color) - 2013 French movie about lesbian love. In the movie there were bold and uninhibited sex scenes with two main female protagonist. I enjoyed these scenes as arousing and sensual. However later I read someopinions in the web that lesbian scenes depicted in that movies were fake and unrealistic - just directed by hetero director and to please hetero audience. Is that true?

With all of the ignorance out there on lesbian sex, I don't think there will ever be a movie with an accurate depiction of it, unless the director herself is a lesbian.
