    I just came back from watching the latest film! I used to love the series when I was younger but lost interest as I grew up. I've recently started loving the franchise again, especially after I accepted my sexuality, the series is a great metaphor for the discrimination we face. Any other fans of the series?

    YES!!! I love Northstar, Hulking, Wiccan, Rogue, Gambit and Scarlet With too!

    I'd say X-Men and Young Avengers are my favorites :slight_smile:

    Yeah! She's gorgeous, and really creative in her plans.

    If you really pay attention, she has plenty of self-esteem issues, at least in her more recent portrayals. I've really always just wanted to make her feel like she's amazing as she is, even though she's just a fictional character. Weird, huh?

    Not really i have felt sorry for her on more than one occasion like, when she tried to save rogue from the legacy virus (even-through she used hope to do it, not know if it would kill her or not)

    Not weird! :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: I think we can relate to a lot of the mutant characters in some way. Mystique was bullied for who she was, she used to shape-shift just to fit in. Because of her self esteem issues she starts hating the human race for making her feel that way, like an outcast or a monster. I'm sure a lot of us can relate to that..

    live action movies, not so much, don't really like the way they use her, because she is a pretty badass chick, and she relates in a lot of ways, especially with Nightcrawler

    X-Men is one of the best Marvel titles.

    Like others have a long list of favorites as each is unique and it is hard to make a choice... it is like which one of your kids you love most situation.

    My favorite team would be; Cyclops, Storm, Night Crawler, Angel, Psylocke, Gambit, Colossus, Dazzler, Sabretooth and Banshee. Not a mutant but also love Juggernaut.
