Yeah, done a bit in the past. I wasn't very good at it. I'm a rugby player so more used to lots of short quick sprints and couldn't cope with the insane aerobic fitness you need for rowing.
i used to do it if i carried on i would have been with great Britain as i was called up but school and that got in the way. should start up again.
