The witches are so surreal. My favorite characters are probably Mami and Kyoko with Homura at a close second (yes, even after Rebellion). Mami has a very cool gun, and Kyoko is probably one of the most interesting characters.
The manga is on my list of to dos. Right behind Soul Eater and The Meloncholy of Haruhi Suzumiya... I'm back-logged ;-;
I love Madoka Magica and it was so awesome and dark. I live near a theater that gets anime movies in and my friends wanted to see the movie 3 in theaters. So I had one night marathon of watching the entire show, then the next night I had a marathon of watching the first two movies, and then I saw the movie at the theaters with friends. The best thing about seeing an anime movie in theaters is the free limited edition things they give you. I got God madoka but I traded for my favorite Kyoko with sayaka.
Man before I started watching Madoka Magica I said "hmm I'm in the mood for something super cute and girly" so then I watched and realize this wasn't an ordinary Magical Girls anime and I loved it. My favorite I Mami I love that type of girl
I am about 4 episodes in but I am having trouble sticking with it NOT because it;s bad....personal things I will finish it though as it is delightful
I think Homura is my favorite character but it's hard to decide because I like them all... It's so sad though! I always cry :tears:
I love the series! Sayaka's witch transformation was a pretty sad scene. Overall, Homura and Madoka are my favorite characters. Mami's weapons were pretty cool. However, it's kind of a disadvantage that those guns only fire one round. Homura's power is by far the coolest. She could stop time and use any weapons she wants, but she can't magically produce them like Sayaka and Mami, so she has to stock up before going into battle.
I just watched the series 2 weeks ago and it's now my favorite anime. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find the movies English dubbed. Have they been dubbed?
So I, uh, watched the movies... I'm not sure what to say about Rebellion. It was definitely an experience.
I've watched a few episodes with a friend before but I never got to finish it or continue watching. However it's really high on my to-watch list and I know it's very good
