Cosplays~

Equius, Human!Equius, Nepeta (Homestuck), Abstract Nonsense Rin Kagamine, Heartless from Kingdom Hearts, Belarus from Hetalia are all cosplays I have done. I have a lot planned though lol

 

Sorry, can someone please explain what cosplay is?

 

Pretty much means going places in Halloween costumes on steroids. You're expected to act as your character to a point, and some people create impressively elaborate costumes.

 

In a nutshell Cosplay is when you dress up and act like a fictional character (most of the time from an anime or videogame).

 

So I'm guessing there are conventions held for it?

 

At Comic-Con that's like all people do is cosplay

I've been to ATL Anime Day, MomoCon, and Anime Weekend Atlanta. I've cosplayed as Kagome Higurashi from InuYasha and a Pikachu. I'm dirt poor, so both of them turned out terrible.

Once I get my GED and SAT out of the way and get a decent job, I'm going to crossplay as this sexy beast.

 

I've never done it but I'm interested. As for who I'd dress as... I think I'd rather be an original character.

Actually some people do put as much effort into their Halloween costumes as cosplayers do with theirs.

 

I'm not heavily into Cosplaying, but I've done it once. I didn't really roleplay the character, I just wore their outfit:



Needless to say, I was the brightest mofo there.

 

Just to let everyone know there is a show called Heroes of Cosplay.

 

ive cosplayed as L from deathnote, Ash from pokemon, ciel from black butler, honey senpai from Ouran high school host club.. and.. a lot of other people .-.

I cosplayed once as Chrona from soul eater. I figured I was just androgynous enough to pull it off. I was.

 

I'm cosplaying for the first time this Saturday. I'll be going as Sebastian.
So excited!

 

i've cosplayed as a couple of Bible characters at church events before if that counts, i'm also planning as cosplaying as either Darth Vader or a Stormtrooper when I go see the new Star Wars movies

also i'd really like to cosplay as either Hastune Miku or Megurine Luka at a con, i'll probably end up doing the latter since i'm tallish, though it'll be awhile before that happens

 

gimme a few more years and i'll gladly do it
