Have you ever saw a movie and thought to yourself, how can so many people cry to this one movie because it's sad/happy? Then during like the end of the movie you start cry because it was so good and really moving. Like I never cried to a single thing until I saw Prayers to Bobby and then I said to myself "omg!" Like it was so sad and moving, that i just laid there in my bed crying to myself thinking about a million things that happened in the movie all once. Like just thinking to myself about how he could still be alive today if she had just accepted him like the rest of their family. Or how I saw myself me doing what bobby did if my mother didn't accepted me and kept rejecting me...... Man, how movies can kick your emotions around. Jeez.

But for now, what movie did you think you thought you wouldn't cry to?

The Hunger Games Catching Fire. I was emotionally prepared and knew the story inside out but i still burst into tears at several points.

"Rise of the Planet of the Apes" It was really odd because I don't usually get emotional when watching films but the bit at the end when Ceasar stops the other chimp from hurting Will, hugs him and then after being offered the chance to move back home with him says "Ceasar is home"

    That line really got me.

Bridge to Terabithia. I expected it to be a totally innocent fantasy romp, but it was an emotional ambush of the utmost harshness. Though I highly recommend it, there will be tears.

I've never cried to a movie, but the closest I've been to crying was watching The Help.

Prayers for Bobby, The Outsiders, couple others but these ones I remember crying to. I do get really emotional over sad movies, sometimes books too.

    Wales... unfortunately
    The Fault In Our Stars

Reason being: Normally when I watch a film I never cry if there is a human death in it because I don't really get attached to human characters, but when there's an animal involved (Marley and Me :frowning2: ) I'm an emotional wreck. My sister dragged me along to this film I thought I wouldn't enjoy but I loved it and lo and behold I was crying my eyes out for most of the second half of the film. Hell, I even cried more than most people in the cinema :frowning2:. I don't know why but that film just got to me...

Divergent (when her mom and dad died, whenever Shailene Woodley would cry, and all the kissing, hugging, and holding hand scenes between her and Four)
The Hunger Games (when Rue died)
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire (whenever anybody died or when they shot the old man in the head)
Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part 1 (when Bella died and Jacob cried like a baby)
Bridge to Terabithia (when the girl died)
And any other movie I've seen where people die. :frowning2:

Sorry if I spoiled any movies for you, I do that a lot.
