My aunt can't receive e-mails with attachments. I'm thinking she's got her security features set too strict or something like that. How does she check it?
Tools > Options > "Security" tab. There's a check box for "do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus." If that doesn't do it, have to go into Internet Explorer, Tools > Internet Options > Security to check other settings (OE shares security info with IE).
