I hardly know any people who are doing NaNoWriMo this year. I'm writing a story about a bisexual girl with a conservative, bigoted mother, and it deals with online relations, religion, and bullying. I'd love to talk with people who are doing NaNo this year!
It's next month, right? I think I might start posting pages of my comic then. It's not exactly a novel though
I might be doing it. The only novel I've ever completed started out as a NaNoWriMo story. I have several novel concepts, but not sure which of them I should work on. Although any story I write will involve some kind of gay male character
Been doing NaNo for 7 years, it's great fun, regardless you hit the 50 000 or not. I'm not sure about this year's November : I already started a short novel, and you must to write the whole NaNo-novel from the start, or else it's considered 'cheating'. At the same time, it is so hard to resist the temptation... Let's say... Maybe!
I'm doing NaNoWriDecade; we'll see how successful I am X.X I could never write fast enough to finish even a terrible novel in a month unless it was totally incomprehensible.
well you can always start and then start counting the words starting from where you are when november starts
Oh god, no. My best friend does this. I don't hear from them for like, a month. No games or anything, as she's "too busy". :c
You're trying to write thousands upon thousands of words in one month. Too busy isn't an unusual place to be for participants.
I'm going for it this year, but I'm not sure how well i'll do. I have a story planned out vaguely, but that's never really helped before.
Writing's been kind of hard for me lately, but I'm going to try and do it. I've got the outline already as I'm basing it off a classic video game series. It should be a lot of fun to do.
