We have to do a presentation on protest speeches/poems/songs in english, so I was thinking about doing a LGBT discrimination protest poem/speech/song. I was wondering if you guys know any good/famous ones. Preferably from the 1950's, 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's. I dunno if that makes sense but hopefully you get the gist!

According to Wiki it is about early 80s gay culture of NYC. However it feels like an equalist song to me, like we are all different so just accept people as who they are.
