So iv'e recently listening to a band called Billy Talent, and they are awesome. But there is one song i like most by them, it's called "Nothing To Lose" i listen to it when i'm feeling depressed, i haven't fully figured out what it means to me yet, but i can say for sure it's about someone who is depressed and ultimately commits suicide. This quite understandably makes me quite sad, but for some reason i like that it does that. Now hear me out, i say i like that it makes me sad, because i only listen to it when i'm feeling depressed which for me is kinda like an empty void of non-feeling, and the song introduces sadness which i can turn into something positive because it's something i can actually Feel and sort of push myself up on bring me up to a kind of resolution that "I won't let that happen to me."
    Does that make any sense?

ugh, maybe i should just go to bed because it's nearly 12am.

I remember this song! I don't think I've heard it since high school.

When I was in high school, this song was super me except that I never actually thought about killing myself. I liked this song because it was like an alternate me that didn't have the ties keeping me here. I could always picture it as Parallel-Universe-Cas commiting suicide at the end of the song. Which always brought up those aforementioned ties keeping me here, so it cheered me up too.

Have you listened to River Below? That's my favourite.

I really like "Try Honesty", but I'm not a fan. Their stuffs ok, except I think it was their second last album I didn't like (The album with Stand Up and Run).

I really liked this band when I was an angsty 13 year old but I grew out of them.

I still listen to them quite often. My absolute favorite song has to be Red Flag. It's just the perfect sort of anthem.
