Just like my last thread with the powerful emotions. But post up the music and or songs that get you pumped and ready to take on the world, if not the universe.

Most of the songs in the Halo soundtrack-- they make everything seem so much more epic.

Outside of that though, Queen is a natural choice. Anything really, but especially We Will Rock You/We Are The Champions. Who doesn't see themselves in Freddie's place?

Hmm, I guess while my favorite genres are Symphonic Black Metal and Progressive Death Metal, songs that "get me pumped up" are mostly Pop Metal. Slipknot and Lamb of God especially.

Here's a good list of the most befitting ones for me:

Oh, and a good half of the songs by Behemoth. Forgot them for some reason. Particularly anything from 1999 onward.

Anything from Machine Head and Opeth do a good job of getting the blood flowing.

"Circus" - Britney Spears (I think it came out right about the time I was doing my first musical, and it boosted my confidence.)

"Roar" - Katy Perry (I listen to this before clinical - it gives me a great boost of confidence.)

"What You Waiting For?" - Gwen Stefani (I've always thought this song did a great job of pumping me up. Kind of like...get out there and do stuff!)

Okay. I could go on and on...too many good ones! ha!
