I can honestly say that I cannot watch Queen Of The Damned without screaming "Don't you dare touch Aaliyah! " when Akasha dies. I suppose I should be grateful they did not put in Akasha's real death in there, I probably would be in tears. The film was terrible, nevertheless, and Akasha was the only character that stood out to me. Call me biased, but she murdered that role. Or maybe it's because she's Aaliyah. Anyway, what film can you not bear to watch?

Well the Hunger Games makes me boil and want to tear down the walls of this thing we call society.

Also American History X leaves me disgusted every time.

And so many more, I'm a really emotional film watcher ^^

Westboro Baptist Church: The Musical :roflmao:

The Iron Lady was unexpectedly sad, it's set just after the death Margaret Thatcher's husband and at some point someone began cutting onions!

The Lightning Thief and Sea of Monsters can make me rant for hours. I haven't even seen Eragon or The Last Airbender because I'm angry enough about them already. On the sad side, I've never been able to bring myself to watch Titanic.

Don't! Every Avatar fan I know responded to that movie in exactly the same way. We all ended up rewatching the series from start to finish to "cleanse" our palettes of that awful mess that barely passed for a movie.

the percy jackson films make me angry because they are so wrong from the books

  7. Selma. What they showed in that movie was definitely a few shades of fucked-up.

"Chloe" just radiates the depressing vibe throughout the whole movie. Like, barely anyone smiles through the whole thing! But it's great!

Valley of the Dolls is just... omg. Really sad for me.

Also, "Fried Green Tomatoes" makes my heart ache. Ugh. But such a great movie.

:frowning2: Bambi and The Lion King. On Bambi I have to leave before his mom gets killed. I get seriously pissed at Scar for telling Simba he's the reason Mufasa died and then sad for Simba on The Lion King.

War or the Worlds (Tom Cruise) because of the girl screaming. I understand that the whole experience is very frightening, but she never stops. Yes, we realized that there was a machine there when the building got vaporized. Screaming really isn't providing us with any useful information.

Where the Red Fern Grows because I can't stop crying when the dog guards the grave.

There are other's that I can only watch when I am in a certain mood or when I have company, but those are the ones I avoid completely.

Omg Titanic!!!!!!!!! I mean, I know this is a really common argument, but Jack saved Rose from dying so many frikking times, could Rose not move her butt over and let him get on the mantel?? Also, old Rose made the guys on the research boat listen to like a 4 hour long story, made them use a helicopter to come fly her out to them, and spend thousands on research, not to mention the TIME they spent on the project for what? Her to turn around and dump the Heart of the Ocean into the ocean? Literally?! What is this!??? :frowning2:

American History X, Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (American), and Derailed.

American History X is a great movie that made you think, and I would recommend it to to others, but I have no desire to see it again.

Girl with the Dragon Tattoo was entertaining, but I could not handle the rape scene. I had flashbacks for days that had me shuddering and on the verge of throwing up. Same with Derailed.

I can't bear anything with a rape scene. Period.

TV goes off. Still end up crying.

Also, pretty much the entire horror genre and the majority of action.
Can't stand all the violence, all over the place. Timid enough as is.

    Without getting sad:
    Up.
    Toy Story 3.
    Monster's Inc.
    Inside Out

    Without getting angry:
Toy Story 2 (fuckin' Stinky Pete)
Cars (I always hope for McQueen to not fall out the back of Mack)

I find it funny that I can only list Pixar films under those two categories. Had there been others, I'd probably find myself listing other films not from Pixar.

Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events. Count Olaf is simply too evil for one piece of media!

I can't help but get sad at any movies where the main theme is parent/child relations... Freaky Friday, What a Girl Wants, Brave...all of them.

Any movie that gets me angry about social injustices is a movie that is doing its job, and therefore makes me less angry.
